Vacation is Over...Back to Reality

Last Saturday we got back from our Exotic Western Caribbean Cruise on the Carnival Dream. It was a fantastic week. Now that I have gotten over the shock of wearing socks and shoes and going back to work I will post our experience day by day starting this Saturday.
I know that Carnival Cruise Lines has been getting a lot of bad press of late, including the 2 people overboard in Austrailia that are missing, but I have to say that this was the third Carnival Cruise that DeeDee and I have taken in 3 years and Carnival has met and surpassed our expectations. There Customer Service is A+++. I told my wife that if I were still in retail I would have all my sales people take a Carnival Cruise so they could study and learn the true meaning of customer service. I will explain more later in a future blog what I am talking about.

14 Days and Counting to the Dream

Just 14 days to go. I am so looking forward to this cruise. Not just because it is a weeks vacation but because it will be on one of Carnivals biggest ships, the Dream and we are going to the Western Caribbean this time. Looking forward to seeing the Mayan Ruins. May even do the Dolphin Swim.

It is now 30 days till our next cruise. It will be on the Carnival Dream. This time we will be going to the Western Caribbean. We will be visiting Cozumel, Belize, Costa Maya and Mahogany Bay, Isla Roatan. We always get a balcony room but this time, since we are on the Dream, we have booked a Cove Balcony. Cove Balconies are on Deck 2 and from what I have read are 20-25 feet from the water. I am really looking forward to it. As we get closer I will post our itinerary and some other get ready tid-bits. 30 DAYS AND COUNTING!!!
